Our Promise on AI Training: Career Capybara does not sell your personal job hunt materials, nor do we broadly scrape your private dashboard data to natively train third-party foundation models without explicitly declared opt-in mechanisms where applicable.

4. Chrome Extension Specifics

Our Autofill Extension operates directly in your browser. It interacts with targeted job application platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) only when explicitly invoked by the user to parse job details or insert field values. The extension does not perform persistent tracking of your non-job-related browsing history.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. We implement commercially reasonable safeguards to protect user data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
