Step 1: Calibrate the Interviewer
Go to the **Interviews** screen. Select "Start New Session". Here, input the exact role and company (e.g., "Meta, Senior React Engineer"). This context changes the interview personality and question bank completely.
Step 2: Answer in the STAR Format
When the AI asks a behavioral question (e.g., "Tell me about a time you failed"), structure your response:
- Situation: What was happening?
- Task: What was your goal?
- Action: What exactly did YOU do?
- Result: What was the measurable outcome?
Step 3: Review Deep Diagnostics
After clicking End Session, wait for the AI report. The agent transcriber breaks down your pace of speech, filler words ("um," "like"), and scores your alignment with company culture. Implement the feedback directly in your next session.
